You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. VignetteRenew cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
Access to and use of certain services are subject to subscription fees. By subscribing to a service, you authorize VignetteRenew to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription term chosen. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in these terms or within the service interface.
The automatic renewal process for your Swiss motorway vignette is dependent on your active subscription with VignetteRenew and the accurate vehicle and vignette information you provide. While our service aims to automate and simplify renewal, it is your responsibility to ensure the information provided is correct and that your payment details are valid. VignetteRenew is not responsible for any penalties, fees, or consequences resulting from inaccurate information provided by you or failure of payment processing outside our direct control. Our service manages the renewal process based on standard vignette validity periods, and reminders are provided based on the renewal date associated with your managed vignette.
You agree not to use the VignetteRenew service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. You must not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or its data.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VignetteRenew makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VignetteRenew does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VignetteRenew shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (c) any content obtained from the service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
All intellectual property rights in the service and its content are owned by VignetteRenew or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
VignetteRenew reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that VignetteRenew believes violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, VignetteRenew, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Geneva, Switzerland.
VignetteRenew reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated terms on the website. Your continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
